without a site visit.

- Not on filter operation.
There is a $250 fee to determine the problem in your system. This fee is due and
payable on our arrival. On occasion, a problem can be corrected through re-adjustment
or minor alteration. In this case, there is an additional charge, usually about $100.
If a major alteration is required to correct a problem, Dai Ichi will provide a
description of work to be done and a price. Dai Ichi does not otherwise provide a diagnosis
of your pond eco-system nor an analysis of the pro and con of your pond construction.
We guarantee clear, wholesome water. We provide operational instructions.

- Sell plants, nor trees, nor fountains.

- Sell biological filter kits, nor waterfall kits, nor Koi pond kits.
- Attempt to replicate the Kochi Castle.
