Contact Procedure:

1. Leave a message on the Dai Ichi message phone (559) 322-8356.
    
2. Richard is in the field every week. For new clients it may take up to seven days for Richard to reply.
    
3. It there is a meeting of the minds on our return call, Richard will arrange a home visit. There is a $150 charge for this visit. If a contract is signed, the amount will be deducted from the price.
    
4. At your home Richard can see your yard, hear your ideas, Richard will pick out photos from his albums similar to your ideas. There is a give and take of ideas.
    
5. Once Richard has a good understanding of what you want he returns home, develops a sketch, a description of the work, and a price.
